C&K Systems is a Radiant CounterPoint Platinum Elite Business Partner and is currently celebrating 21 years in business. We are one of the Premier Retail Systems Integrators in the nation for specialty retail store automation.

C&K has grown to be one of the largest and most successful Radiant CounterPoint Partners selling and supporting the Counterpoint product since our inception to customers around the globe. We now have well over 300 customers and 3000 users in locations throughout the US and the world. To better serve our customers, we have sales and support offices in VA, VT, KS, SC and FL. Our corporate offices are located in Chesapeake, VA.

C&K takes our service seriously, we provide a fully staffed support environment for 24hrs a day 365 days a year help desk operations.

We have also expanded our product and services offerings. In addition to the core Point-of-Sale System, CounterPoint, C&K offers several 3rd party E-Commerce integration options for web stores, complete PCI Certified Managed Services facilities, SMART Merchandising with Open-To-Buy, Handheld applications for sales and inventory management, plus Microsoft Dynamics GP financial applications. All of these products integrate together to help our customers' daily operations run more efficiently. Kevin Bowden, President & CEO
Kevin was co founder of C&K Sytems in 1989. He has been in the information technology industry for 35 years, with a career spaning software development, network engineering and business development.

Kevin's ongoing focus is strategic business development and fostering existing customer relationships. Our mission is "Partners for Life" and our staff share this vison and are focused on the needs of our customers and their success.

Barbara Devaney, Executive Vice President/CFO
Barbara was previously the Director of Finance for First Colony Coffee and Tea and was nominated as CFO of the Year by the Society of CPAs in 2006. Barbara brings 20 years experience in IT, finance, accounting and executive management to C&K Systems. As Executive VP, Barbara also manages our Financial Applications Department and supervises all aspects of C&K Systems' Service and Support Team.

Mary Fawley, Office Manager
Since joining C&K, Mary has continually taken on additional responsibilities with both enthusiasm and tenacity. With her help, our internal accounting system has matured into a well-oiled machine. Mary's desire to improve on our internal processes coupled with her professionalism and willingness to help our customers, make her an ideal part of the C&K Team.

Tom Pires, – Vice President of Technical Services
Tom has 8 years experience as a Network Engineer and is A+, N+, MCSE 2000 and CCNA Certified. After relocating to Chesapeake in 2004, Tom began working with C&K Systems as a Senior Engineer, Tom is the Lead Technical Liaison for our Managed Services Division and Network Consulting.

Todd Paine, Vice President Sales
Joining C&K Feb 1, 2008 Todd brings almost 9 years experience working with CounterPoint users. Owning his own businesses both Retail and Hospitality he brings more than 17 years of customer service experiences as well. Todd has been brought on to help ensure all C&K’s customers receive the service they require, and to advise and assist our customers with any future growth.

Jeanne Quirke, Vice President of Auxiliary Services
Jeanne was previously a Corporate Trainer in the insurance and investment industry. Jeanne brings 15 years experience in sales, training and public speaking to C&K Systems. Jeanne is responsible for developing the education program for C&K Systems.

Elena Beach, Sales Account Manager South Carolina - Georgia
Elena came to C&K in June 2007 with a diverse background, including sales in the healthcare industry, marketing for a large assisted living community and teaching elementary education. These experiences of dealing with the public in such a wide range of areas have helped to shape her skill set. Her love for people is what drives her to provide the best solutions to fulfill her clients’ needs and provide them with the key that is going to help their business move to the next level.

Jamie Murphy, Project Manager - Support
Jamie has over 30 years IT experience, including nearly 15 with Counterpoint systems both as an end user and in a support role, his real world experience is a real asset to C&K Systems and its customers..

Sterling Wallace, Implementation Coordinator
Sterling has 12 years experience with C&K Systems. He began by working part-time for C&K and in July 1997, Sterling came to C&K full-time. He is CounterPoint SQL Certified and currently specializes in CounterPoint Version 7. As Systems Engineer, his responsibilities include customization, trouble shooting, and systems integration.

Josh Johnson, Support Systems Engineer
Josh has 5 years experience in the computer technology industry. He has been working with C&K Systems for 2 years. Josh is CounterPoint SQL Certified and currently specializes in CounterPoint SQL Version 8. As Systems Engineer, his responsibilities include multi-location support, new installation rollouts and trouble shooting.

Sean Merritt, Systems Engineer
Sean has 7 years experience in the computer technology industry. He has been working with C&K Systems for 6 years. Sean is A+, CounterPoint SQL, and Epson Printer Certified and currently specializes in CounterPoint SQL Version 8. As Systems Engineer, his responsibilities include developing Crystal reports, trouble shooting and customizations.

Dana Womack, Customer Support
Dana has 10 years professional experience in the computer/technology services industry. 6 of those years have been with C&K Systems. Dana is CounterPoint SQL and HP Printer Certified. She is responsible for supporting our customers’ CounterPoint systems and providing technical and customer support.

Mike Womack, Customer Support
Mike has over 15 years professional experience in the computer technology industry. A 20 year Navy veteran, Mike is Counterpoint SQl Certified and has installed and configured numerous software and security packages. As Systems Engineer, he is responsible for providing technical support for Counterpoint SQL, Counterpoint V7, multiple Windows operating systems and networking .

Lauren Taylor, Customer Support
Lauren joined C&K in 2010 after working in a support role at one of our existing customers, Laren brings real world knowlege of the application to our support team.

Matt Stephenson, Customer Support
Matt joined C&K in 2010 as a hardware/software technician responsible for preparing systems installations and general technical support issues.

Mike Sparmo, Software Engineer/Programmer
Mike has 6 years experience in computer programming. As C&K's Software Engineer, Mike is responsible for customizing programs, writing and maintaining our E-Commerce product, and data migration.

Claudia Bowden, Founding Partner
Claudia is one of the founding partners of C&K Systems and has over 16 years with C&K SYstems.
