Service And Support
C&K Systems offers 24x7x365 support plans for our customers. We understand the need for service does not always happen during normal business hours and always have technicians available to deal with support issues that may arise.
Our office hours are from 8:00 – 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Our Help Desk is fully staffed during those hours and on Saturday from 9:00-5:00pm. We also have an after-hours service available which can be reached by calling our toll free and following the options for after hours support. If you have a service or support question which does not require immediate assistance please complete the attached on-line form. A Technician will review the question and send an email response to you as soon as possible.
