Our office hours are from 8:00 – 5:00 PM EST. Our Help Desk is fully staffed during those hours. We also have an after-hours service available.

If you have a service or support question which does not require immediate assistance, please complete the attached on-line form. A Technician will review the question and send an email response to you.

In the coming months to better assist our clients, C&K Systems will implement a Users Area on our website.

One area will be for Frequently Asked Questions & Answers. We will also post "What's New" so that users can be kept current. We realize our phone support is vital but hope this User's Area will be a time saver for our newer users and a knowledge base for all of our clients. We will keep you posted on our progress.
