C&K Systems was founded in 1989 and we are celebrating our 27th year in business. C&K has grown to near 50 employees and provides a suite of omni-channel solutions from the industries top providers including: NCR Counterpoint SQL.
Specialty retail covers a broad spectrum of retailers including thrift, apparel and footwear, lawn and garden, liquor, and gift to name a very few. Our staff is made up of seasoned professionals with hundreds of years combined experience in retail technology and operations.
Our ability to develop integrations to hundreds of applications and to customize and create applications to a unique industry is one of our key strengths as no two specialty retailers are exactly alike.
In 2011 C&K improved its help desk operations to meet our customer’s service needs by providing 24x7x363 coverage. C&K Systems is the premier specialty retail solutions provider in the Southeastern United States.

CEO & Founder
Kevin is the founder of C&K Sytems in 1989. He began his career in information technology industry 35 years ago with a career in software development, network engineering and business development. As a member of NCR’s Retail Partner Advisory Board for the past 15 years, Kevin has been instrumental as to the direction of the product line and its development.
Kevin’s ongoing focus is strategic business development and fostering existing customer and strategic relationships and building internal teams.

Mary joined C&K in August 2008. She came to C&K with five years’ experience in the retail world. Since joining the team, she has worked in almost every administrative position in the company from answering phones to accounts receivable to accounts payable. Mary is currently the Controller and she oversees the entire administrative department.
Jeana Thomas is the Training Manager for C&K and joined the team in October 2013. Beginning her career as a single/multi store manager in 1979 she began teaching in 1998 and eventually became the Senior Software Consultant for NCR CounterPoint at Advanced Retail Management Systems. Jeana’s eclectic experience gives her the unique ability to communicate with retail professionals and translate software processes into real world, day to day business language.
